Frequently Asked Questions:



1) How many guests does my package cover?

The Florida vacation portion of your package covers up to 4 guests, while the Bahamas covers 2 guests. Should you have an additional guests traveling with you, please be sure to contact customer service to have this arranged prior to traveling.



2) How long is my vacation package good for?

Your vacation package is good for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is also completely extendable and transferable, should you need more time to travel. You may also sell, or even give away any portion of your vacation to a friend or relative as a gift. Package extensions can be arranged thru customer service.



3) Can I divide my vacation or must I take it all at once?

As you said, its your vacation! Your vacation is extremely flexible so you may take the destinations all at once, or break them up into separate vacations. It does not matter which order you choose to use your vacation destinations in, all we ask is that you visit Orlando & Daytona Beach prior to visiting the Bahamas. 



4) What about transportation?

Should you request help in arranging these services at your time of travel, your personal travel coordinator will help you arrange for these needs. Being that we all travel differently, we understand that each of our travelers are unique and deserve unique specialized attention when booking their vacation. Contact customer service when you are ready to travel, and we will be more than glad to assist you. 



5) What about blackout dates and/or restrictions?

While there are no blackout dates or restrictions for the Florida portion of your package, its highly recommended that you give us a 30-60 day advanced notice; and 45-60 days during peak season to ensure your requested travel dates.



6) My family has special medical and/or dietary needs.

Universal Action Travel and its travel professionals will strive to meet each of their clients unique need to make their vacation one that will last for a lifetime.
